Kindred Rebinds by Kindred Legends

Because each item is a custom, made-to-order book rebind, this policy differs from standard retail products. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Custom Made Items

All Kindred Rebinds products are:

• Handcrafted to order
• Based on your selected books and specifications
• Considered personalised services

For this reason, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind once work has begun.

2. Cancellations

You may request a cancellation:

• Before your books have been received and work has started

Once any of the following has occurred, cancellation may no longer be possible:

• Materials have been prepared
• Work has commenced on your rebind
• Your books have entered the binding process

If approved, eligible cancellations may receive a partial or full refund depending on progress.

3. Change of Mind

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:

• You no longer want the item
• You change your mind after ordering
• The style or finish differs from expectation due to handmade variation

Each rebind is individually crafted, and slight variations are part of the artistic process.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your completed rebind arrives:

• Damaged due to workmanship
• With a clear fault or error on our part

Please contact us within 7 days with clear photos.

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate:

• Repair the item
• Replace the item
• Offer an alternative solution
• Pay for all return shipping if required AND if we are responsbile for the issue. 

This does not include damage caused during postal transit.

5. Shipping Damage or Loss

Kindred Rebinds is not responsible for:

• Parcels lost or delayed by postal carriers
• Damage caused during shipping

However, we will assist you in lodging claims or locating parcels where possible.

6. Incorrect Orders

If you believe you have received the wrong item or an issue with your order:

• Contact us as soon as possible
• Provide your order details and photos

We will review and resolve the issue promptly.

7. Refund Method

Where refunds are approved:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider
