To complete the exchange, you must mail in a legally purchased paperback copy of the same title.

When you finish your purchase of the Express Process, a pre-paid shipping label will be e-mailed to you.

Version Flexibility:

We accept various paperback editions (e.g. mass market, trade, or international covers), provided the condition of the meets the Condition Requirements (below).

The “Send First” Rule:

Your new custom hardcover will not be dispatched until your paperback copy has been received and processed by our studio.

Upon arrival, we inspect your book to ensure it meets our rebinding standards.

• Solid Text Blocks:

  No heavy staining, water/animal/child damage, or heavy “foxing” (brown spotting. Light spotting is acceptable as it can be removed from the outside. If it has penetrated the internal pages then it is not suitable.).

• Structural Integrity:

  No missing pages or severe spine warping that compromises the rebinding.

• No Marking:

  No highlighting or personal inscriptions. Stamps from second hand shops are ok.
  Note: If a book fails inspection, we will contact you to arrange a return or a replacement copy.
